2008-2009 School Year Marching Band Contest Schedule NEXT UP: Contest Results Contest 7 Newton-Conover High School Saturday, November 1, 2008   12:15pm - Arrive at Piedmont Eat Lunch before you come to practice. Dress Warmly Bring WARM clothes for the evening after we perform.   12:30pm - Rehearsal STARTS   2:00pm - Load Trailers, Eat Snacks provided by boosters   3:15pm - Leave Piedmont   5:15pm - Arrive at Newton Conover High School   5:30pm - GET DRESSED   6:30pm - Warm-up   7:15pm - PERFORM Go back to bus, change clothes and GET WARM!!!! Help Load the Trailers Stay warm, eat food, watch the other bands Officers will need to stay in uniform and put on layers underneath the uniforms.   Officers may put coats and/or hoodies over their uniforms.  Just stay WARM!!!   9:40pm - AWARDS   10:20pm - Load Buses   MIDNIGHT (ish) - Arrive at Piedmont   ______________________ Contest 1 Saturday, September 27th, 2008 Union County Preview Contest @ Marvin Ridge High School The Union county Preview contest was an excellent opportunity for the band to get their show on the field as well as watch all the other Union County Bands.
