or Tuesday during Band Class.

viewing dates will be on the website and sent out via email.

I just want to take a moment to say thanks for all the help everyone provided on Friday night.  I hate the kids didn't get to perform due to rain, but everything went smoothly getting loaded back up and home to Piedmont.  Thank you to all for being so flexible at the last second.

This week in marching band (Sept. 1-5)

Tuesday practice, 6-9pm (mandatory)

Thursday practice, 3:45-6:30pm (mandatory)

Friday, HOME Game against West Stanly. 

Students must be in their seats and ready for warm ups at 6pm.

***Only 3 more weeks until the Union County Preview Performance at Marvin Ridge HS on Saturday, September 20th.  Lots to do, and time is quickly disappearing.  Students are requried to be at all practices and performances (even football games).

Changes due to weather will not be made until late Friday afternoon.  Please do not call.  Check the website for updates.

Band Booster Meeting Announcement:

The band booster meeting will be on Monday, April 21 at 7pm in the High School Band Room.

"The parent information meeting for the 2008 Marching Band has been rescheduled for Monday, April 28 due to an 8th grade class trip to the Outerbanks.  All rising 8th graders that have been invited to participate in the marching band and all rising Freshmen students and parents are welcome to attend this meeting.  It is a great time to meet people and ask LOTS of questions."
