2024 DISNEY ONLINE PAYMENTS with Paypal
- Student total cost is $923.
- Chaperone total cost is $1,104.
- Starting Friday, August 18, 2023, the following people can start making Disney payments and reserve their spot on the trip.
- Seniors (class of 2024)
- Juniors (class of 2025)
- Chaperones (make sure Mr. Lukac confirmed that you are going to be a chaperone)
- Band members of chaperones
- All other students will need to wait until Friday, August 25th to make your first payment. Since this is the Juniors and Seniors last opportunity to take this trip, we want to make sure that there is plenty of room for them first. If you are a 9th or 10th grade student, never fear, we have never had to tell a student “no” for a Disney trip for lack of available space. We only do the 11th and 12th graders first just to be on the safe side so they all get a chance to go on a trip, since none of them got to go in 2020 due to the pandemic.
- Please make sure that your band fees for the 2023 season and any past season are paid in full before making Disney payments. We will verify band fee balances before applying payments to the trip. If there is an outstanding band fee balance, we will apply any Disney payments to that first before applying it to the trip.
- If you want to make an online payment, please go to the Online Payment option in the main menu.

Frequently Asked Questions
All other information will be posted as it becomes available.
- Who gets to go? In order for students to participate in any trip with the Piedmont Band program, students must be enrolled in band for the entire school year (both semesters). The only exception to this rule are students that are in Color Guard that do NOT play a band instrument during the second semester.
- What is the cost? The cost is estimated to be about $850.00 per person. Students and chaperones will have monthly payments for about 7 months. All band fees must be paid in full before any money will be credited toward the trip.
- What does the cost include? It includes all transportation fees for the drivers, buses and gas, hotel for 4 nights, breakfast each morning at the hotel, a 4-day (maybe a 3 day ticket) WDW Park Non-Hopper Pass, performance fees, and at least a $100 meal card for each student and chaperone.
- When and where the does the band perform? We will perform in a parade either in the Magic Kingdom. Dates, times, and location are all decided by WDW.
- Who gets to chaperone? Parents/Legal Guardians of Pride of Piedmont members get to chaperone. Former students and siblings of students are not allowed to chaperone. There will be a sign up date for interested chaperones in the Spring of 2024.
- Can younger/older siblings go on the trip with the band? No. This is a trip for the Pride of Piedmont Band. We want to give as many students a chance to participate as possible.
- Will students be allowed to walk around WDW by themselves? No. Safety is our #1 priority. WDW Resort is the same size as San Francisco. Students will be in groups of 4 or more, and each group will have an adult chaperone with them while in the parks.
- Will there be a nurse on the trip to help with medicines and emergencies? Yes. We will have a band parent/UCPS employee that is a Registered Nurse. She will check in and check out all the medicine for students during the trip. We will have a place set up in the hotel lobby each morning and evening for students to take their meds. She will also be in the parks with the band if there is any type of illness or emergency.
